Hi,

How many outbound SMSC connections do you have defined?

I see references to more than one connection above. (Your screen shot shows configuration details for one connection, but then another screen shows an error connecting to a different one.)

Also, I see that your user account definition means that if anyone sends to a phone number that starts with "+55", the message gets routed to the SMPP user account, instead of being sent outbound.

Can you show me your SMSGW.INI file?

Then explain what number you are sending to.

The only reason that the message would not be routed out to an SMSC connection is if the routing rules did not allow it to. I see one routing rule above indicating that any message sent to "+55*" will get routed to the local user account instead of being sent out. But I need to see your SMSGW.INI file to see if you have other rules defined.
