Dear Bryce, I have picture msgs, operator logos, and ring tones. I need to send them as Nokia and EMS to multiple countries. Does each country need a different encoding for each of the mentioned items. If yes, what is the difference? | |||

Nokia operator logos have different encodings for each operator. The others are the same. Basically, the Nokia Operator logo starts with the MCC and MNC of the operator. | |||
