I have one question on the MMSC. Normally we sent MMS using telco configuration and get charge for it. Does that mean if two phone are configured witht to nowsms MMSC setup info and both of them can send SMS to each other for free as its bypassing telco mmsc? May be have to pay for GPRS charges only somehow.

It is the MMS that bypasses the telco, not the SMS.

You do need SMS connectivity from the MMSC to allow it to send the MMS notifications that tells a device that it has received an MMS message.

The devices also would be using GPRS for both the sending and retrieving of the MMS message content to/from the MMSC.
