i have observed that some SMPP clients are disconnected from my SMPP server and in SMPP info log i can see the below error message "Deliver SM error "negative ack" " could you help me to find the reason why client are giving this error randomly

Hi, Can you explain how this relates to NowSMS? (You posted this message in one of our areas marked "Product Support Only", so I assume that somehow this question relates to NowSMS ... I'm just not sure how.) If the client is disconnecting, only the client could would know why. If NowSMS is either the client or server, then we might be able to determine why by enabling the SMSDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on the "Serial #" page of the configuration dialog) and then looking at the SMPPDEBUG.LOG. The log you posted is not from NowSMS, and it doesn't provide much information. -- Des NowSMS Support |
