OK. I conect ahother phone, exactly a Nokia 3650 wich IRDA modem. and it's works!!!

I've used T610's frequently as a modem, and never experienced this CMS ERROR 500, so I'm puzzled about that bit. My best guess is that I can see from the debug log that you have NowSMS configured to use SMS over GPRS, and your mobile operator might not have that support implemented ... which could lead to this type of error.

Regarding the other issue:

"Unable to fetch URL" is related to your setting for "Local Host Name or IP Address".
