Hi
I use nowsms and siemens mc35 to send mms.
I have this problem.when i add the modem for the first time i send mms via the web interface when i tried the second time after a moment the mms isn't sent and i retrieve it in the VASPQ folder.
I remove the modem and add it a second time all the mms in the VASPQ are sent.
Can someone help me to clear that why my gprs connection failed
thank you for help

Hi Rosa,

The main problem that I could think of would be this ...

Make sure that in the SMSC list of NowSMS, you have the modem specified using its modem driver name (i.e., don't select it as COMx: ).

Then, when you define the outbound MMS Routing, make sure that the "Modem Used" setting matches the name of the modem as it was specified in the "SMSC" list.

If you don't do this, then there can be conflicts where different parts of NowSMS do not properly share the modem with each other.

Assuming that you check these settings, and everything looks correct, then I would suggest enabling all of the debug logs.

Edit SMSGW.INI, and under the [SMSGW] section header, add Debug=Yes.

Edit MMSC.INI, and under the [MMSC] section header, add Debug=Yes.

In the same directory, create a file named MMSWAP.INI, and give it the following content:

[MMSWAP]
Debug=Yes

Then restart the NowSMS services, and repeat your sending attempts.

I would then like to see the SMSDEBUG.LOG, MMSCDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG files. Please put them into a ZIP archive, and post them here, or e-mail them to nowsms@now.co.uk.
