Hello, i ve one question about Send Binary Message.... in simple language : can i send polyphonique ringtones over this option ? I don't know whats Protocol ID and User Data Header and DataCodingScheme is . Can i ve more informations about there ? | |||

Generally speaking, polyphonic ringtones are too big to be sent out via SMS. They are usually sent out with WAP Push, which sends a URL out over SMS, so it is a two step process. MIDI is frequently used for polyphonic ring tones. Nokia Smart Messaging uses RTTTL. EMS uses iMelody. Those are monophonic. | |||

Then, I don't think you are going to be able to send in Polyphonic format. There are some great ringtone conversion tools available for download at http://ringtonetools.mikekohn.net. Basically you have to deal with Nokia Smart Messaging and EMS as the two most widely used formats. | |||
