hi can i in any way block from receiving ringtones, wap push messages. I am trying to configure nowsms with a gsm phone so that i can receive sms .how do i stop wappush or ringtones which is directed to my SIM. THANK YOU | |||

I'm not aware of any way that you could block these messages from being received. However, by default, while NowSMS will receive them, it will not post them to a 2-way command unless that command has been setup special (as described in http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/611.html). Usually people are asking us how they can get access to these messages via a 2-way command ... not how to block them. (Because by default your command does not receive any binary messages.) -bn | |||
