I got nowsms 5.5 installed on Win2k server but everytime I tried to add in a user in the sms users tab the user is not added. Pls help!! | |||

Is there a file named SMSUSERS.DTI (and .DTA) in the NowSMS directory? Try deleting those files if they are present, and see if that makes a difference. I've never seen a problem like this before, so I'm not sure where to start. It almost sounds like a rights issue, like the account that you are logged in under does not have rights to create files in the NowSMS directory. | |||
