I know it is possible to define some of the responses that get sent back to users, but i'm am unable to find it. I read something from Bruce once, but i haven't been able to find it again. What i'm after, is all of the diferent messages that you can define your self, where do you define them and what to write. For instance when trying to send a e-mail to MMS, i make an "MMSSend PreAuth Callback" and if the respons is not a HTTP 200, Nowsms automaticly sends a respons back to the email saying "551 Quota exceeded for account". Is it not possible to define your own error messages that is to be sent? I'm sure i've read something about it in here, but where i don't know:-( Please help.... | |||

Hi Morten, Unfortunately, there is not an override for that response. We'd welcome suggestions on implementing this in the future, but definitely at present, the "551 Quota exceeded for account" response is hard coded. -bn | |||

Thanks for the answer Bruce.... I was also thinking about standard answers other places in the program. As far is I remember, i stumpled on an post from your where you wrote somethings that you could write under SMSC.ini, and MMSC.ini. I don't remember exactlie what the messages were responses to, but i think it had something to do with the 2-way SMS. If you know what i mean, can you then plesae write a list of "codes" you can write under SMSC.ini and MMSC.ini? Hope you understand what I mean:-) | |||

Hi Morten, Documenting all of these settings is a good suggestion ... we do get this suggestion quite frequently. Unfortunately it is a time consuming suggestion.  But your message motivated me to at least try to start this effort. Unfortunately, it took me almost two hours just to get through SMSGW.INI, so the rest will have to wait for another day. I've documented the semi-undocumented SMSGW.INI settings at: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/5972.html The only translation text settings that I can think of are in MMSC.INI, related to multimedia WAP Push.
