To help with modem recovery, I tried using the DelayAfterError parameter in the modem section. However, judging from the logs, it has no effect. I put in the following:

DelayAfterError=20000

Looking in the logs, I see immediate attempts at sending out through the modem after an error - some succeed and some fail again.

Hi,

I'm not aware of any problems with this setting. I just tried it on my system, and verified that it is working correctly.

I'd suggest double checking your SMSGW.INI file and make sure it is set in the section for your modem.

If you want to post a complete SMSGW.INI file and an SMSDEBUG.LOG, then maybe we can spot what is wrong.
