Dear Des, Thanks for your reply. The user has further question about NowSMS 2009-20 MPM. 1. Is there limited validity of using NowSMS? If yes, when does it start? 2. Does it include maintenance? Hi Annie, It would be better to direct these questions to our sales dept via the alternate contact points above (or the phone number at the bottom of the page). I only deal with technical issues, and don't want to accidentally misrepresent commercial issues. The license does not have any expiration, however I believe the initial maintenance/update availability is for 1 year from date of purchase. I don't know if there is a reactivating limit. I assume that it is "reasonable". -- Des |
