If the device installed with NowSMS is crashed, can user request to re-active the license?
How should he do? Please advise, thank you.

Hi Annie,

It's no problem. Install the trial first, and contact us with the new installation reference code. Email this along with license and company info to nowsms@nowsms.com. You might want to email Keith@nowsms.com directly, and he can take care of you quickly.

The user has further question about NowSMS 2009-20 MPM.

1. Is there limited validity of using NowSMS? If yes, when does it start?
2. Does it include maintenance? How long is it?
3. How many time does the license allow to be re-actived? Does it need any cost to re-active?

Hi Annie,

It would be better to direct these questions to our sales dept via the alternate contact points above (or the phone number at the bottom of the page). I only deal with technical issues, and don't want to accidentally misrepresent commercial issues.

The license does not have any expiration, however I believe the initial maintenance/update availability is for 1 year from date of purchase.

I don't know if there is a reactivating limit. I assume that it is "reasonable".
