The message appears in our ESME inside of the SMSIN file 2010-06-16 10:37:25,+15xxxxxxxxx,Text,test,4XXXXXXX but I cannot locate it anywhere in our Now SMS Gateway user logs This is a strange problem because I can send outbound SMS without issue Short Code -> Phone Number (works) Phone Number -> Short Code (does not) | |||

Hi, I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're asking. I just don't have enough information on your overall system configuration. So I have no background upon which to interpret what is or what is not wrong. Please provide a more detailed explanation. Is this an existing installation and something has stopped working. Is this a new installation and if so what are you trying to configure (and what confuguration steps have you applied) and what is happening that is not expected. I'm guessing that you are trying to route received messages for your short code to your application. The SMSIN log suggested messages are being received. How is your application configured to receive them? SMPP client? 2-way SMS command? What have you configured for routing received messages to your application? -- DES NowSMS Support | |||
