Our Customer have Now SMS/MMS Gateway v2008.10.17

Software Upgrade Agreement for both our MMSc Servers have expired

With messages

"Licensed for 120 message per minute (2 messages per second) Software
Upgrade Agreement is EXPIRED"

Can you provide the
steps to getting both renewed please?

Thanks for the reply. My colleague have contacted with Keith and we are able to get a serial.

By the way, Can I ask a procedure on how to load the serial ? Is this service affecting ? Do I need to stop the services (e.g SMS Gateway service , MMSC service).

Hi Ronald,

You don't need to stop the service to apply the serial number.

However, it is a good idea to stop and restart the service after applying it.
