Hi,

I'm trying to send an Operator Logo using the Send Binary Message option. The issue that I'm facing at the moment is that MNC field on the Send Nokia Operator Logo page, only allows the user to enter 2 numeric values. I need to enter a 3 digit value (T-Mobile USA GA). Is this a known issue? Perhaps I need to upgrade? Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Andy,

Hmm ... this seems to be the case with all of the USA MNC's listed on the GSM Association's web site.

But the Nokia Smart Messaging spec definitely only allows for two digits here.

Based upon what I'm seeing in some other references, you should try leaving off the trailing "0".

Unfortunately, I'm not sure which of the T-Mobile MNC values you would need to use, so you may have to try several. (I believe they are gradually migrating to a single MNC.)
