Hi, Is there any software which converts .ott (Nokia ringtone files) to hex code directly? I had tried few software to convert the files, but the hex code not working. When i upload the file into server, and request, what i receive only a vibration from the phone but not ringtone. The message on the phone, shows tone received. Please help me on this. I also attached sample of .ott files. Thank you.
