When I use SE T618,I meet a very strange problem.
1.I installed the T618 as a modem in the computer.
2. When I was in NOWSMS /SMSC ,I add a modem ,in the the list ,I can see the COM1 and SE T618 at the same time.( SE T618 is installed on the COM1)
3.I select the SE T618 ,it is fail
4.I select the COM1 ,it pass!

When I use COM1 ,sending sms is successful. But for sending MMS ,I can only receive the notification.

Hi Reena,

Apologies that we didn't get back to you sooner.

It sounds like the T618 driver isn't properly configured for COM1.

Go into the Phone & Modem options area of the Windows Control Panel, and make sure that the driver is configured to be associated with COM1.

Also, use the Diagnostics function for the modem ("Query Modem") in the Windows Control Panel to troubleshoot the driver installation.

If all else fails, remove the driver and re-install it.

Also note that you can usually just configure one of the standard Windows modem drivers, and NowSMS will happily use it instead of a modem specific driver. Just select a driver such as the Standard 19200 bps Modem driver.

NowSMS just needs to have a Windows modem driver in place in order to use Windows dial-up networking to manage the GPRS connection when you define a connection to send MMS messages through an operator MMSC:
