Hi, I am unable to send a Wap push message through the web interface. I enter all the required information and when I click on submit, nothing happens. Even the address book popup doesn't do anything. If I change to SL instead of SI then the address book pop up work and even submit works. It is even delivered on the mobile. Why is SI not working. If I use the url submission param, it submits to my operator smsc but the wap push SI message is not delivered to my mobile. Why is this? | |||

Hi Suvinay, I guess you are using Firefox as your browser. Sure enough the address book popup and submit button do not work under that browser. An updated copy of "Send WAP Push Message.htm" can be downloaded from http://www.nowsms.com/download/pushhtml.zip. Just replace that file in the HTML subdirectory of NowSMS and it will fix the web page problems. I don't have any explanation of why it would not work via the URL submission parameters. Try again via the web interface with the updated HTML form. The only issue I have seen with SI is that some phones will not accept the SI message if there is only a URL in the push, but no text. -bn | |||
