Hi alia, Sorry, but when using a GSM/GPRS modem, it is generally not possible to override the sender address for either SMS or MMS messages. For SMS messages, it is technically not possible because there is nowhere to insert a sender address. For MMS messages, it is technically possible to specify a sender field. However, to reduce fraud, the likelihood is 99.9% that your mobile operator will not allow this. If an invalid sender is specified, they will either refuse to deliver the message, or they will replace the sender with the phone number of the modem. If you want to try ... just modify the "Default Sender Address" in your "MMSC Routing" definition, and make sure "Allow sender address override" is NOT checked. (If you have problems sending messages after you do this, go back and blank out the "Default Sender Address" field again.) The only way to get around this is with a connection to a service provider that allows sender address override. It is just generally not possible over a modem interface. -bn | |||
