Hello, We have been seeing submit_sm traffic coming back with two error codes. Error 023 and Error 108 Are these error codes NowSMS specific? Are these returned from the cellular network? Please note that the submit_sm is sent with an expiry date (48 hours) and I also believe a request for a delivery receipt Are these errors codes rejected / expired? Could they be related to a rejected or unsupported delivery receipt request? Hi, Except in rare situations those error codes are generated by the provider and are provider specific. (Two exceptions are an upstream provider rejecting a submit request at submit time or a non delivery notification received from a modem connection.) As those receipts include the text EXPIRED, I am confident that these error codes are from an upstream provider. Further more, the submit date and done date fields generated by the provider are using an unknown format, or they are from August 2009. If that is the case, it appears that the provider is using a 48 hour expiration policy. -- Des NowSMS Support |
