I bought an 8 Port BMB modem (photo: http://img.alibaba.com/wsphoto/v0/375661783/8-port-GSM-modem-pool-made-by-waveco me-Q2303A-module-lead-time-1-day-in-stock.jpg) with usb connectivity that creates 8 serial ports in my windows system. I defined them to Now SMS but i reported very low throughput of sms messages. My licence is able to send dozens sms / second so there isn't a licence issue. I reported that Now SMS sends about 5-10 sms / minute with many reconnections and retries etc.. Can anybody help me? I'm doing something wrong and if so what is it? Thansk for your time | |||

Hi Steven, Exactly what errors are you seeing? Timeout errors? CMS ERROR? An except from your SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file would be helpful as this would show the error codes that I am asking about. If you would e-mail me your company name and serial number, I will look into providing you with priority support.
