Hi Des, Is it possible to change NowSMS message id type from string to an integer? Or maybe make a possibility to override it (like it was done for dst_addr, src_addr and etc. parameters) in PreAuth callback. Integer has better performance compare to string value. It’ll allow us to achieve ultimate performance for storing and updating statistics via callbacks. Many aggregators using integer value as message id for performance issue. Regards, Alex K. | |||

Hi Alex, No, there are no plans to change this. I won't rule out it ever happening, but there are no active plans to implement such a feature. This is something that we have evaluated multiple times in the past (and that regularly comes up in internal discussions). -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
