Hi, I have the following issue: SMPP connects normally in Windows XP, using NowSMS Version 5.50. But it can NOT connect in Windwos Server 2000, using same version of Nowsms, with same parameters. Please help me. Best Regards, Joan DIMKO | |||

Hi Joan, I'm sorry, but there is very little I can do to assist. That version of NowSMS is over 7 years old, and is no longer supported. And if XP works, but Windows 2000 does not, then I'd recommend using Windows XP. Windows 2000 is an outdated, unsecured, operating system. If I had to make a guess, it might be a firewall issue. I don't recall what type of firewall support there was in Windows 2000, but I'm sure there was some. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
