Hi, If a connection fails, it is reset automatically, and messages are retried. If you are experiencing a pattern of failures, I would need to better understand the pattern of failures. All that I know at this point is that two messages failed to send because of a connection failure or timeout, and NowSMS scheduled them for a retry attempt. So I need more info. For example, do the same messages repeatedly get retried and eventually fail? (Suggesting that there is something that the SMSC does not like about these messages.) Or do the retried messages eventually succeed? Or are you saying that when this happens all messages fail until the NowSMS service is restarted? (That would be very odd as it means that the SMSC is responding to enquire link requests, so we consider it to still be a good connection ... it is just not acknowledging any attempts to send messages. My suggestions to try to get a stable connection would be to disable async mode and separate sender and receiver if you have transceiver mode enabled.)
