HI, since a few months the NowSMS are showing a lot of SMS sent out, more tan doublé of the real SMS sent. I think the counter is doing some kind of sum of Sent SMS plus Failed SMS and maybe IN SMS I really Don´ñt know why this is happening. someone can help me? Now SMS ver: v2008.02.22 | |||

Hi, That is a pretty old version, but I do not recall any similar problems. Are you routing messages to an "SMS user" account with a recipient address mask? Those routings do get included in the counter ... and also in the SMSOuT-yyyymmdd.LOG. Does the current day totals match with SMSOUT log? Do you see any patterns? -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hi, thanks for the quickly response. How can I define if I am routing to an SMS user account with a recipient address mask? Is hard to me determine how many SMS are in the log SMS out file, because the log are not countered how I can count the SMS in log file?. thanks | |||
