We have a new NowSMS server that we'd like to bring online with the SMSC's, but prevent inbound traffic from them until we're ready to receive but allow outbound traffic? That would give us time to bring the local SMS Users online, check that they're ready and then enable the receive. If this isn't possible, will NowSMS queue inbound SMS messages until the local users connect to receive them? | |||
