Hi In SMPP when we have multiple sessions configured, does NowSMS send different parts of the concatenated SMS sent over different sessions or the same session? Mathew | |||

Hi Mathew, The segments should be sent over the same session, in the original sequence. There are a few caveats. SMPP errors (such as throttling) can interrupt the sequence. If there is a connection error, after 5 minutes, any unsent augments will be released to other available sessions. If the segmented messages arrive via SMPP, and there is a delay between segments of more than 5 seconds, the segments might get routed to different sessions. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
