Hi,

Configuration settings related to retry settings can be found here:

Pay particular attention to the RetryMaxAttempts and RetryMaxAge settings.

That article contains some information specific to the SMPP protocol (such as references to specific error codes, however the retry settings apply to all types of SMSC connections.

To debug these issues, I would start with the SMSOUT-yyyymdd.LOG file, which will record the errors.

If you need more detail, enabling the SMSDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on Serial # page) can sometimes be helpful...and in some situations Wireshark can be extremely helpful.
