HI, We would like to get an email alert when the message queue exceeds a configured value. However, when we enable the "Enable Message Queue Size Alert" option, it forces us to Enable "Enable Warning Alerts". But with this, operator receives too many alerts including invalid number. How can we enable only "Enable Message Queue Size Alert" and disassociate it from "Enable Warning Alerts" Mathew | |||

Hi Mathew, I can confirm that the warning alert must be enabled for the message queue size alert to be generated. There is no logical reason for this, but that is how it has been implemented in all past versions. Oops. The server was updated, but not the config UI. Manually add AlertEMailSendWarning=No under [SMSGW] section of SMSGW.INI after configuring, and it will work. We will update the config UI shortly. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
