Hi. I managed to send SMS from my GSM Modem and Android Phone in my localhost but when I uploaded it online using hostinger.ph it's no longer working. I think it's because of the IP address and Port number but I don't know what to put as a replacement to those. Please help. Regards.

Hi,

Connecting to NowSMS is like connecting to any other web server in this type of configuration.

The underlying problem is NowSMS is running on your local network, usually behind a router. And most of us have internet connections with a dynamic IP address, which means that the IP address can change every time you reconnect to the internet. (By contrast, a static IP address means that it never changes.)

If you're behind a router or firewall, first you need to open up a port to allow connections through the router to the NowSMS server. This allows you to connect to the IP address of the router to connect to NowSMS.

Assuming that your router doesn't have a static IP address, the next step is to use a dynamic DNS service like no-ip.com or dyndns.com to associate a host name with your IP address, so that the host name could follow you PC as its IP address changes.
