Does anyone know the At Command to disconnect GPRS from modem?

Sorry Nora, I don't really understand your question.

Extended AT commands related to GPRS are documented in the ETSI GSM 07.07 specification, which can be found on the ETSI web site (www.etsi.org).

But if you have an active GPRS connection, where you've actually got an IP connection over a GPRS modem ... this is very similar to having a modem connection to a PPP access server. To drop the link, you drop carrier on the connection (lower DTR) ... you might want to gracefully end the PPP session first as a courtesy to the server end of the connection.
