Hi I have recently downloaded NowSMS android but surprisingly it receives SMS but can't send over local wifi connection. Here is error message Last error info: HTTPSMSC: Connection failed. HTTP Status Code= 503 NowSMS Modem-Zahoor Any help will highly be appreciated. Thanks | ||||||

Hi Ahmed, Can you confirm that you are able to send SMS using the default SMS app? This error usually means that Android could not send the SMS. (It also happens if you try to send a binary SMS type. -- Des NowSMS Support | ||||||

Can you enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG? This should give us some more detail about why it is failing. The setting can be found on the Serial # page | ||||||

Hi Zahoor, I have consulted with my colleagues , but we do not have any ideas. We have seen this "generic" error on some networks when sending to an invalid number, or when the SIM has no credit. In those situations, sending with the default SMS app also fails. I googled the error code, and have seen some reports of this error with apps like ours on dual SIM phones. It is Infinix Hot 4 Pro with dual sim support. I could send SMS few days ago. | ||||||
