I'm using gmail as an email . 1-I connect the nowsms successfully to my gmail account 2-I chose who the authorized email that can send sms 3-I successfully get an sms from an email but only once and now sms did not delete the email that contain the sms 4+Tried to make the intercal of checking email to be 10 second instead of 120 second still no luck I uninstall it and install it again but no look it stop sending sms totally tried many times .. the connection to pop gmail server connected successfully but no reading or sending Help please | |||

Hi, Is this a Gmail account that you are using for other purposes? If so, I strongly recommend a separate account. This is not why you are having a problem, but if working properly, be aware that NowSMS deletes all messages from the inbox. As for the problem, are you using POP3 or IMAP? I'm guessing POP3, because with many servers, delete commands are not synchronized. I'd recommend using IMAP...and a dedicated email account. IMAP is also better as with most servers, NowSMS doesn't have to poll...it uses the IDLE command so the server pushes new mail as it arrives. if the problem persists, enable the MMSCDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on Serial # page)...I'd like to take a look at that log, as it will show the email transactions. You can either post the log here, or send it via email to nowsms@nowsms.com with Attention: Des on the subject line.
