I'm testing your last NOWSMS version on windows server 2012 and when I start the service with remote via cloud android modem , the SMSGWS hits 100% of the UC !
I've tryed adding :
MinimumReadDelay=100
OldModemTimeouts=Yes

but nothing better .
How to solve this problem ?

Hi,

By any chance did you upload an extremely large address book or distribution list (over 100.000 entries)? If so, it may be necessary to manually delete files in the DLISTS folder.

Another, more likely, explanation is a bug that we have fixed, but not put into general release yet. If you uninstall and reinstall the Android app, security credentials between the app and server must be renegotiated. In a few cases, we did see this trigger 100% CPU. Delete and re-add the modem on the PC side, or change the secret on both sides to force a renegotiation.

Hi , no ADDRESS BOOK or DLISTS are managed on our side yet.
I have removed all SMSC connections . No more 100% CPU.
I have uninstalled the Android APP on the mobile , reinstalled the Android APP from google play on the mobile, reconnect the remote via cloud SMSC ... and 100% CPU starts again .
Another solution ?

I have not seen this before. Maybe there is something unexpected about the name chosen for the modem? Just to rule out anything unusual...Keep it simple English letters and numbers, no spaces.

I will look for a link to an update to see if that fixes the issue.

Device Name are 15 Digits numbers.

same problem , as soon as I had the remote via cloub modem , CPU goes to 100%

There must be a conflict with some other software. Perhaps a real time virus scanner?

I’m checking to see if there are any current problems with cloud connectivity, but it seems ok.

I have already removed all virus scanner. Only one remaining WINDOWS SMART SCREEN. I have removed it also ... still same problem.
