Hi,

Currently, we have problem with 'Retry Pending - HTTPSMSC: Connection failed, HTTP status code = 503'.

Noticed that all SMS failed to send out for all modems.
Then Status from NowSMS Modem show connected...retry sending.

The first 10k of sms sending was smoothly, after that we received failed sending / retry sending.
I try to resend SMS from one of modem, it show error " can't send message with card 1 error 38 ".

Can you help me?

Hi,

It sounds like either the account associated with the SIM is out of credit or has been blocked by the mobile operator.

Okay,understand.
I've another question, do you have any idea on how to monitor queue in NowSMS and no. of retry sending?
Because we can not to monitor the application 24 hours.
