I need to be able to include a line break in a text reply for a 2-way keyword rule. The input box supports CTRL-Break to do a line break but when the message is sent, it just sends \r\n in the string and it is just interpreted as characters. When I do this with our old solution, it puts a actual line break in the message so your message can have paragraphs. | |||
