I am using NOWSMS software with GSM Modem.

First, I go into NOWSMS with web interface and login. Then I try to type message and send it.
But When I clicked a send button, it look like I disconnected with web interface but sometime, it redirect to Login page again.

I try several time and reSetup my GSM modem but it the same. Do you have any idea?

Hi,

First thing, enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG, which is a setting on the "Serial #" page. If it was NOT already enabled, restart the SMS service after enabling SMSDEBUG.LOG.

Are you able to send a test message with the configuration UI? On the SMSC page, highlight the GSM modem, then press the "Test" button. You should then be prompted for a phone number. Does the status ever change from "Waiting"?

Try the web interface again now that the SMSDEBUG.LOG is enabled, so that we can see what is happening.

After the test, locate SMSDEBUG.LOG (and SMSDEBUG.BAK if it exists). Post a reply with the file attached, or send the file via email to nowsms@nowsms.com with Attention: Des in the subject line of the message (also post a reply here so that I know to look for the email if necessary).

Please have a look. I just click test button also. It show waiting for a long time.
I also attached DEBUG Log file too.

Every one minutes, The web interface try to relogin again. even i was typing the message.
Do you have any idea? FYI, I can send message before via Web Interface. I have no idea what happen.

Hi,

This is highly unusual, but the service appears to be constantly crashing.

Is this a new install, or did you recently update? If you did recently update, can you install the previous version (https://www.nowsms.com/download/2017/nowsms-install.exe) to see if this resolves the problem?

Also, delete any files in the NowSMS\Q folder to see if this resolves the problem.

The previous version is working for me. BTW I am try to get receive message with php and I read this article also.

but there is no echo.php in PHP folder from nowsms installation file. I try to reach this link http://localhost:8800/echo.php but it redirect to Send Text message page. Where can i download echo.php file?
