The gateway on my desktop is not recognizing my cellphones, I also try to enter the IP address and port manually and it still does not add my phones. What do I do? | |||

Hi, I don't have enough information to answer your question. I would need to know the IP addresses...and then we'd need to run some manual checks to make sure that the PC and phone can communicate over your network. There could be a firewall, or the wireless access point might have client isolation enabled. A few basic checks are: 1.) From the Android web browser, can you get the NowSMS login screen by connecting to http://PCIPAddress:8800 2.) From the PC web browser, can you connect to http://AndroidIPAddress:8990/init ... which should just display an OK response. If these checks do not work, then you need to investigate your network topology to determine why.
