Hi I'm hoping you can advise me how to list the queued inbound SMS for a SMS User where we have enabled the "Accept received messages for user" option is set. Curiously when I click stats for a user they come up blank. In addition to this I would also like to understand how to purge the inbound SMS for a specific SMS User, so that when they rebind via SMPP they do not receive any backlogged inbound SMS. So far I have tried disabled the "Accept received messages for user" option for the user and re-enabling as I was told that would purge the inbound SMS but it did not work. Hi Dave, Messages are queued in the directory USERS/accountname/Q, and can be manually deleted. The only place this is accessible in the UI is if you login to the web interface with that account, and visit Settings/Inbox. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
