Hello,

We would like to have your assistance following a malfunction found on our platform NOW SMS / MMS Gateway v2015.06.24.

Indeed, the SMS are generated from our Core Banking system and transferred to the gateway nowsms for sending to our customers.

on the other hand, we noticed that several messages remain in queue and are not transmitted at all during the day while other sms are well transmitted.

Hi Dave,

I've reviewed some of the e-mails you have exchanged with my colleagues.

I believe the problem is that you recently installed a new license code, but are running an older version of the software. The old software does not properly recognize the license code and has reverted to a sending speed of 1 message per minute. (If you look at the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG, this 1 message per minute speed should be apparent.)

There are two ways to resolve this...

a.) Update to the latest version by installing the latest version here: https://www.nowsms.com/download-free-trial?dl=462357
The trial download is used to update an existing installation.

b.) OR...you need to apply an older format license code that NowSMS v2015.06.24 will recognize. It will say that the update agreement is expired, but it will still work. If you have the old license codes, apply them. If you do not, and do not wish to update at this time, we can regenerate old license codes.

Indeed the concern was at the level of the license.

There were two licenses at the Serial # tab, removing the older one, the system started correctly and the SMS queue is now empty.
