In additon, if only push message is received ,'060504' must be in the first? can I simulate the message reception from pc(not mobile phone)? If so, which software should be installed? thank you! | |||

By default, NowSMS will not route binary SMS messages to a "2-way" command. Any received binary messages are simply dumped as ".sms" files in the "SMS-IN" subdirectory. Effective with the v5.0 release (currently in beta, details and download at http://www.nowsms.com/beta5), we have added a setting for the "2-way" command that allows binary messages to be routed to an HTTP command. There is information about this at the following thread: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/485/624.html Note that if you are using a GSM phone as your modem, the phone will intercept this WAP push message and send it to the WAP browser ... never sending it to the Now SMS/MMS Gateway. You need to be using a true GSM modem device (not a phone) in order to be able to receive raw WAP push messages (or MMS messages for that matter). -bn |
