I'm trying to write a program, which will send SMS using the Now SMS gateway. AFAIK to send an SMS I should perform an HTTP-GET request to Now SMS gateway. And what I need to know is whether the SMS was sent sucessfully or not? How can I determine this? Now I receive always an HTML page with "successfull" message. But I haven't even any configured SMPP server! How it can be "successfull" ??? Thanks in advance | |||

Your SMS message may be routed through a number of different services before it is actually delivered. Some SMS providers support delivery notifications, where the delivery notification will come back to you as a separate message. Currently we only support these delivery notifications when using a GSM modem or an SMPP based provider that supports them (and it also requires that your service provider support them).
