I'd like to know if we have to add UAPROF files to NowSMS manually or how does the gateway update itself to the latest phone models? If we have to add to the list, how do we do so? | |||

In normal circumstances, they will be updated automatically. The only time that you might need to update them manually is if you have a situation where you need to support a phone that does not publish its UAProf file. In that case, you need to get into the UAMAP.INI file which can be used to map User-Agent strings to particular profiles. UAPROF.INI is normally updated automatically.
