I am developing a VAS for mms/sms and would like to perform end to end testing when its done. I would like to use a setup where MYAPP->(send mms via MM7) to->NOWWAP GW->NOWMMS server->NOWSMS-> smpp implemention->emulator (which supports mms and can receive IP based sms for notifications) does anybody have a list of emulators taht will work in this setup? any help will be appreciated | |||

I don't have any feedback on emulators. But I will point out a few things about your end-to-end scenario that would be different. MYAPP->(send mms via MM7 to) NowSMS MMSC->Direct IP Notification to MMS client (Sending the notification over IP is a very specialised configuration that requires that you have a static IP that you can associate with the MMS client. More information on this configuration here: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/485/4184.html) When the notification is received the sequence is MMS Client->Now WAP->NowSMS MMSC Two potential live environment scenarios would be: MYAPP->(send mms via MM7 to) NowSMS MMSC->Notification over SMS via NowSMS->GSM modem or other SMSC interface->MMS client on mobile phone MYAPP->(send mms via MM7 to) NowSMS MMSC->GPRS connection to operator MMSC->MMS client on mobile phone | |||
