Hi, sorry for my bad english.
We have a Wavecom FastTrack Modem and all is properly configured, We received MMS and after they are processed by a custom software developed by us.

Now is necessary to understand one thing in this scenario.
If we have a precompiled binary MMS Message in a web folder, it's is possibile to send only a MMS Notification to the target mobile phone to inform to download the MMS Message from our server ?

We think yes but in this case who pay ?
1 the SIM connected at NowSMS for sending the MMS Notification?
2 the user pay the GPRS traffic connection for download the MMS?
3 we pay the traffic generated from our webserver ?

Normal Scenario:
MMS -> NOWSMS -> MMSC(Provider) <- -> Target Mobile

Our Scenario:
Notification MMS -> NOWSMS/WEB <- -> Target Mobile

Shortly we can skip to send a MMS to a customer Target Mobile and save money by send only the notification MMS to the target mobile and force him to download the MMS by his gprs connection from our webserver ?
We miss come concept that need to know ?

See http://www.nowsms.com/howmmsworks.htm for background information.

If the MMS settings that are preconfigured on your target mobile phones are such that they are open to messages to external MMSCs, yes.

Otherwise, no.

I refer back to the link above for more explanation.

If only an MMS notification is sent, that SIM is charged for sending the notification via SMS.

Yes. If the operator uses the same GPRS APN for MMS and other data traffic (i.e., WAP).

But be aware that many mobile operators have a separate GPRS APN for MMS traffic, where users are not charged for data over that GPRS APN.

Because they don't charge users for access over this APN, they also limit what can be accessed, usually limiting access to only the operator's MMSC.

If you were large enough and significant enough to your mobile operator, that might be arranged, but it is unlikely.

Well, all clear with your answer and links, thanks for that.

Just last question.
We understand the problem of APN, Wap Gateway, ... preconfigured in the target mobile but is not possibile to include these setting (APN, ...) in the MMS Notification ?
So the target mobile can connect "temporary" with our web

No, unfortunately it is not.

The only configurable setting that can be sent out in the MMS notification is the URL that contains the content of the MMS message.
