Pete,

Are you having a problem sending, or a problem receiving?

Your log shows a temporary problem sending (CMS ERROR 500 can mean many things, network congestion, low signal strength, etc.) But your subject suggests problems receiving.

For the Nokia 30, I recommend setting "SMS Message Storage" to the "Direct to Modem" setting.

Otherwise, the modem will store received messages to device memory or the SIM, and under heavy loads, the direct setting usually works better.

thanks bryce, will try to change it to direct modem setting. i'll give you feedback if problem still occurs.

iam a newbie in wap development but wish to do my college project with wap. the architecture i have chosen is wap over sms. my question is how realy do i have to set up an architecture so that i will be able to access my wap content on a web server using a real phone. i have dowloaded the now sms gateway which is the one iwant to test with. how realy do i configure the web server and the getway so that i can access my wap content through a real phone.
