hi~ did anyone know that how can i pass the sms content to the java or J2ME program to be process?? what should i write in the field "Command to Execute" to pass it?? could i pass my response back to the Now SMS/MMS gateway to be reply the sender?? please help me to solve this problem.. i will be very appreciate.. | |||

How would you run your Java program from the command line? Usually, it would be something like: java -cp xxxx.jar ... NowSMS doesn't search the path to find an executable, so you'd need to put a fully qualified path in place to find "java". On a Windows system, usually JAVA.EXE has been copied into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32). So try locating JAVA.EXE, and try some tests from the command line before defining the command as a 2-way command. c:\windows\system32\java.exe -cp xxxx.jar ... Note that this is assuming that your java program is setup to run as a command line program. If it is Java servlet, then you would connect to it over http. -bn | |||

hi bryce.. i have try on it but when i send a message to the gateway, there is no response on my application. Izzit posible to put like this: c:\windows\system32\java.exe -cp myFile.jar @@FULLSMS@@ if not how do i pass those value?? my biggest problem now is can't link my application with the gateway... so at this moment i can't process any data from the sender also.. i m using motorola E365 phone modem as connection.. sometime my phone will hang when receive a sms too.. pls.. i need a sample source code in J2ME or java which can be execute when i receive sms... i really no idea about it.. thanz... william | |||
