Hi, I'm new to now sms. I just downloaded the trial version to test the product. I'm using Nokia 32 gsm modem. My problem is , i'm not receiving all sms messages which beeing sent to gsm modem. 1 sms is receving and 1 not. for example if i receive 20 , 10 will come and 10 will not come. I thought that this limitation is for trial version , but sales people said me that the only limitation for trial version is sending not receiving. So what is the problem with it? | |||

I believe that I already sent an e-mail you directly with some advice on troubleshooting, and a request for more information (an smsdebug.log, which can be enabled on the "serial #" page of the configuration dialog). I'd like to see an SMSDEBUG.LOG, so that I can understand what information is being reported by the modem. I would also recommend that you select the modem from the "SMSC" page of the configuration, and press "Properties". Change "SMS Message Storage" to "Direct to Modem". (Or if it is already set to that, also try the "SIM Card" setting.) -bn | |||
