Does Now SMS store the incoming and outgoing SMS into a log file or database as Activity Log.

There are comma delimited log files ... SMSIN-yyyymmdd.LOG and SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG files.

(Note: If you wanted to process incoming SMS messages, I wouldn't recommend scanning the log to process them, I would refer the 2-Way SMS interface.)
