Hi, I've recently bought a 6100, I send sms messages but the receiver doesn't receive! I've tried sending to myself and even though it says its sent it never comes through. However, when I send using the distribution list it works fine. I tried calling o2 and they told me to change the network settings - that still doesn't work. Help?! | |||

I'm assuming that this question has nothing to do with NowSMS, and that you're just trying to send SMS messages from your mobile phone directly, and experiencing problems. If that's the case, what did O2 tell you to change in the network settings? I don't have a Nokia 6100 in front of me, but from experience with other phones, my best guess of where the problem might lie is that somewhere in the SMS settings in the phone, there is probably an option for whether to use GPRS or GSM for sending SMS. Set it to GSM, as many operator networks are not properly supporting SMS over GPRS. | |||
